Workshops begin one hour before the performance and deal with issues the play will present. The workshop for The Cay will focus on Phillip's blindness and the effect of disability on peoples' lives. Participants in the workshop will be led by Jennifer Malone, an ASC Teaching Artist, through a 'sensory awareness guided narrative' in which the kids will explore sight-loss and disability.
